We view parents as crucial partners in the education process. We value their needs and opinions and strive to assist not just the child, but the whole family. Our professional staff is here to support families and ensure the best possible growth and development for each child.
We honor each child's uniqueness by tailoring our approach to meet their individual needs, interests, and strengths. We value their individuality and foster an environment where differences are respected and celebrated.
No. We have a very flexible program. You can choose between two to five days full-time or part-time in our preschool program. Our infant program is full-time only – three to five days. Our after school program (first grade and up) is five days only.
We do not fill our school to capacity so we can be flexible and support our families. As long as there is enough staff we will try to accommodate make-up days.
No. We want to encourage children to listen to their bodies, as it teaches valuable lessons. Some parents will leave it up to the teachers, who will assist children who appear tired or are having a difficult time handling their day.
We have monthly Hot Lunch days that are listed on our monthly calendars.
We provide snacks in the mornings and afternoons that consist of two food groups (for example apple slices and crackers). We include fresh fruits and vegetables weekly as well as childhood favorites like crackers and cheese sticks.
We have fruit trees on the property that supply us with fresh fruit for snack when in season as well.
Parents do provide lunches for children daily. We are a nut-free campus and encourage healthy eating habits by limiting sugar and processed foods.
Yes! You can visit or pickup your child at any time. If you would like to volunteer please contact the director to work out a time that works for the school.
Being outside is so beneficial for children! We are outside four to five times during the day. Doing so is an excellent opportunity to get the wiggles out for better focus and learning, and for working on their gross motor skills. This is the first step in muscle development and coordination for young children. Running, jumping, and laughing with friends!
We do offer a sibling discount to the lesser tuition as well as a military discount.
We accept subsidized care through the military program Childcare Aware of America. We also accept income-based subsidized care through Solano Family and Children’s Services.
If either or both circumstances apply to your family, please let us know!
We are open year-round to meet the needs of working families within our community! We are closed most bank holidays as well as two one-week closures per year; one in December and one in July. Please inquire about specific dates or for a copy of our Holiday Closures list.
